Contract support locations are also geographically diverse—from Washington State to Florida and from California to Maryland—which present innovative oversight challenges for ProLog, including the management of 28 SCA wage determination labor categories across multiple jurisdictions in support of nearly 7,000 active duty military personnel.

ProLog’s Integrated Performance Delivery approach encourages both Government and contractor employee feedback in translating Performance Work Standards (PWS) into transparent management practices and realistic contract deliverables through:

  • Centralized management control for seamless integration of subcontractor workforce
  • Innovative site management for greater efficiency and customer responsiveness
  • Enhanced collaboration with on-site Government representatives for  greater government-contractor work center communication
  • Standardized Quality Control between separate organizations and locations
  • Continuous process improvement with application of lessons learned
  • Incorporation of local organization standards of excellence
  • Utilization of proven best practices, processes and cost-efficiencies
  • Implementation of continuous workforce training (and cross-training) to upgrade employee skills

One example of ProLog’s Proven InnovationsSM service quality was our team support for a naval aviation squadron that was going through a budget planning projection process.  Through research, cost comparisons, and documentation support, our team provided the database evaluation tools, historical data, and visual graphics to help the command streamline its travel budget by recoupment of $1.3M from its proposed budget of $4.7M for a total annual budget of $3.4M for FY13.
