Joshua Houston is the President and CEO of ProLog and the Managing Partner of Stellar Support Services. He is an experienced business executive with over 25 years of experience in the defense and aerospace industry.
He is a former US Air Force Officer and an experienced pilot with over 1700 hours of flight time in jet turbine and piston engine aircraft. He has extensive experience in airfield operations and management, airfield safety program development and administration, airfield facilities and maintenance utilization, aircraft maintenance program management, aviation systems design and engineering program management, and airfield planning and development.
He provides direct oversight and management of all transient aircraft services, aircraft maintenance programs, and aerospace ground equipment maintenance programs for ProLog and Stellar Support Services. Over his 25-year career he has had the opportunity to coordinate and execute projects and programs with local, state, and federal government agencies as well as commercial companies. He holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA), with an emphasis in Aviation, from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, a Bachelor of Science Degree from the University of South Carolina and is a certified member of the American Association of Airport Executives.
Sean Connelly is the Director of Operations and Business Development of ProLog, Inc. Prior to joining ProLog in 2010, Mr. Connelly served in the US Naval Submarine Force culminating in holding the position of Senior Chief Electronics Technician (ETCS/SS) and serving on fast attack, seal-delivery, and ballistic missile submarines. Mr. Connelly has been instrumental in the long-term stability and success of ProLog. In addition to his responsibilities at ProLog, Mr. Connelly provides leadership and management of other closely held companies and strategic joint ventures.
Mr. Connelly has played a vital role in establishing long-term strategic relationships with trusted teaming partners, government industry experts, customers, and, most importantly, ProLog’s outstanding employees. Sean’s open and collaborative approach to management and commitment to continuous process improvement has been crucial to securing ProLog’s standing as a top-tier service provider in the highly competitive GovCon marketplace.
Originally from Baltimore, Maryland, he maintains a strong connection to his family, friends, and sports teams from his hometown. Since embarking on this journey, each and every day he is grateful for the bonds formed with the people and places he has worked for the Navy and ProLog.
Julie Voight joined the ProLog team in 2009 and has over 30 years’ experience in various disciplines of accounting, the core disciplines being government, retail, manufacturing, real estate, and construction. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration with a Specialization in Accounting from Saint Leo University.
Terry Pattison is a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources and joined the ProLog team in 2009 and has extensive experience with federal contracting and labor relations. He is a retired U.S. Navy Chief Petty Officer and served onboard three Fleet Ballistic Missile submarines and two Fast Attack submarines where he served as the Administrative Officer, Personnel Officer and Legal Officer and completed nine Strategic Deterrent Patrols and a U.S. Central Command Deployment in support of the Global War on Terrorism. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration from Columbia Southern University.
