  • Oversight of 5,000 spare part line items and 4,000 equipment documentation items for contingency response readiness.

Acquisition Logistics

  • Management of annual procurement for major ship hardware and spare parts, handling 7,500 bulk purchases annually.

Warehousing Operations

  • Facilities covering 330,000+ square feet with 32,000+ line items across multiple locations in Virginia, Louisiana, and California.

Shipyard and Depot Support

  • Logistics and inventory support for naval shipyards and depots supporting over 100 naval warships and multiple naval bases.

Enterprise System Operations

  • Management and operation of five enterprise systems and 12 interfacing systems supporting high-volume logistics activities.

Data & Technical Manual Conversion

  • Electronic data management, digital conversion of technical manuals, CAD drawings, and file digitization for shipboard support libraries.

Global Deployment & Logistics Support

  • Technical logistics support for shipboard operations, including overseas locations such as Bahrain.

Supply Chain & Transportation Management

  • Coordination of material movement, stock turnover, and trans-shipments, supporting large-scale fleet sustainment efforts.
